ISOLUTE SLE+ columns were developed in response to customer demand for a larger capacity and as a higher performance alternative to existing columns. Unlike labor intensive liquid-liquid extraction and complicated solid phase extraction methods, ISOLUTE SLE+ columns use a simple 3-step methodology, simply load, wait 5 minutes and elute. The ISOLUTE SLE+ columns combine clean extracts with rapid work flow and ease of use that ensure reproducibility. They are also suitable for use with sample volumes from 25uL up to 10ml.
